At JBT Housing, we believe stable housing is the foundation for health, dignity, and long‑term independence. Our mission is strengthened through collaboration with organizations, agencies, property owners, and community leaders who share our commitment to supporting adults, older adults, and veterans in need of safe, stable homes.
Whether you refer individuals to our program or provide housing opportunities, your partnership helps us expand access to stability, community, and hope.
With over 20 years of nursing experience, our program is built on compassion, structure, and a deep understanding of Social Determinants of Health (SDoH). We know that stable housing improves physical health, mental well‑being, access to care, and long‑term independence.
